Thank you for shopping with Healthy Soil Organics, operated by Friendswood Mercantile LLC. We want you to be confident in every purchase. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.
1. General Policy

All sales are considered final once delivered, except in cases of damage, defect, or order error.

Due to the nature of soils, composts, fertilizers, and organic products, we cannot accept returns once products have been opened or used.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at healthysoilorganics@gmail.com.

Provide your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and a description of the issue.

We will review and, if approved, offer:

A replacement item, or
-
A full refund to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used products.

Perishable or bulk soil/compost orders.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Final-sale or clearance products.
4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
5. Local Pickup & Delivery

Customers choosing local pickup must collect their order within 7 business days of notification. Unclaimed orders may be restocked without refund.

For local deliveries, please ensure accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may be subject to restocking or re-delivery fees.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order.
