Subscription Policy

Some products in our store are available as a subscription, pre-order, or special purchase option. This policy explains how these work and how you can manage, change, or cancel them.


1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Billing: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose a prepaid plan.

  • Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their cycle. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time.

  • Managing Your Subscription:

    • You can manage, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation emails or your customer account.

    • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to ensure they apply to the upcoming order.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time without penalty. If an order has already been processed, cancellation will apply to future deliveries.

  • Refunds & Returns: Please see our Refund & Return Policy for details on eligibility.


2. Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products as a pre-order before they are available in stock.

  • Payment: Depending on the product, we may collect either full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for the balance once the product is ready to ship.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a refund under our Refund & Return Policy.


3. Try Before You Buy (If Offered)

If available, some items may be eligible for a trial period before your payment method is charged in full. Details and trial length will be displayed at checkout.

  • If you decide to keep the item, your payment will process automatically at the end of the trial period.

  • If you do not wish to keep the item, you must follow the return instructions before the trial ends.
