At Healthy Soil Organics, operated by Friendswood Mercantile LLC, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. This policy explains how shipping, local delivery, and pickup work.
1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, followed by a notification when your order has shipped, is ready for pickup, or scheduled for local delivery.
2. Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery in the Houston area on eligible orders.

Most local deliveries are completed within 2–3 business days.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information may result in restocking or re-delivery fees.
3. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Friendswood, TX location.

Pickup is generally available Monday–Friday between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Orders must be picked up within 7 business days of notification. Unclaimed orders may be restocked without refund.
4. Standard Shipping

For customers outside our local delivery area, we ship via standard carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or freight, depending on order size and weight).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times vary by carrier, destination, and product weight but typically range 3–7 business days.
5. Large or Bulk Orders

Bulk soil, compost, and palletized orders may require special handling and delivery arrangements.

If your order requires freight delivery, we will contact you to confirm details before shipping.
6. Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Local delivery and pickup orders may not include tracking numbers but will include status updates by email.
7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

Some products may be restricted in certain states due to agricultural regulations. If restrictions apply, we will notify you before fulfillment.
