Healthy Soil Organics Red Russian Kale Microgreens are beautiful, dense and extremely nutritious. They make a great addition to any salad. These are grown in food safe NSF approved plastic trays on all natural and renewable coco coir pads which are bound with all natural tree gum. There are zero synthetic chemicals used in the production of these microgreens. We use only pure filtered water to grow these delicious greens and absolutely no soil which ensures a pure and delicious product every time. This full pad (7.5" x 5.25") of Field Pea Microgreens will yield approximately 6 - 8 oz of harvested Red Russian Kale microgreens.

• All organic, zero pesticides are used in the production of these greens.
• Shipped fully living on their root system and will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in your refrigerator. This allows the full nutritional benefits to be retained as you are harvesting live plants each and every time you eat them.
• Grown in re-useable NSF Approved plastic trays rather than inexpensive plastic trays which are known to contain heavy metals and other toxins which could be taken up by the plants. This reduces our waste tremendously which keeps more plastic out of the landfill.
